Upgrading 9500GT, 100USD Budget

Hi!!
It's been a long time since I asked a question :)  hope i have given proper details :) 

My old gfx card just went Kaboom!! Well, after 10 mins of windows start up display became a lost tetris game(get the drift!! ??)
I was thinking of upgrading to a better card.
So, here I am, asking for your esteemed suggestions. I haven't looked at any card yet.

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: January 31st
BUDGET RANGE: USD $90-$100 (5000INR-5500INR)

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming(ACIII,BlackOPs,Hitman Absolution and future games ;) )and come Photoshop work

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: 9500GT 1GB, PSU Stock 450W

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: MoBo: G41MT-S2,RAM ; DDR3 4GB ; C2D 2.93Ghz Stock Cooler

PARTS PREFERENCES: Which ever is suitable and available in the price range

OVERCLOCKING: No. SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

Ok means you are going to play on that crt so get sapphire hd 6670 ddr5 at 5.6k at flipkart.you will able to max every game at that res.in future get lcd or led to enjoy more gaming.

hmm. that is also a nice option. how about the PowerColor 6670DDR3 2Gig?

Am not getting an LCD as i do not want to put pressure on the Graphics Card.
and also that the CRT is running fine(awesome,actually!!).

No no donot get 2gb ddr3.no use of getting more than 1gb.ddr5 is much faster than ddr3.get hd 6670 ddr5 at 5.6k.gpu doesnot pressure lcd it depends on res.get ddr5 1gb

Might I suggest a GeForce GT 440 1G GDDR5? Reviews here in Tom's say that the GT 440 is one of the best sub-$100 cards out there. I'm currently using this card with a 1028x768 LCD monitor and I can contently play most games at 30+ fps at high to tweaked high settings.

^do not get gt 440 at all its 2gen old and not worthwile to get.hd 6670 ddr5 > gt 440 ddr5

There is no need to compare there is no card from nvida and amd that can beat hd 6670 ddr5 under 6k.
