What processor and graphics card should i get

I would really like to play games such as skyrim and GW2 at the full graphics settings but still get a good FPS rate. For this to become a reality i will need a new processor and graphics card. I was wondering which one would be able to run these games on high graphics settings.
My current system is
Processor: AMD A4-3400 APU
RAM 3.00 GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte A75m-D2h
32 bit operating system
graphics card: AMD radeon HD 6410D
I would hope for under $200 for each.

  6. if your budget is 200 then i suggest just getting a good video card (hd7850). save up later and add 3570k cpu n mobo and then your good with a good gaming rig. try to get a total 4gbs of ram later as well but no more since your running 32bit windows os.
