Will the 7870 be able to play my games

I have a question that is kind of an after thought now but is something that I am not sure of. Do you think a Radeon 7870 will be powerful enough to play older FPS games like COD World at War, COD 4, BF Bad Company and Bad Company 2 on a 24 inch monitor at 1920X1080 on high settings? Will I still be able to get 60 FPS or better?

Like I said I just wanted to be sure. This was an afterthought and is something I should have asked BEFORE I spent the money on the video card but I just wanted to make sure it would be ok with a 24" monitor at that resolution.
