Don't get the 3570 without getting the unlocked version. You're overpaying for almost no speed increase. I wouldn't bother with iBUYPOWER - they overcharge you and put a lot of things that aren't essential to the build (liquid cooling with a locked CPU for instance ).

You got me, I think most stores have notification that lets you know when they'll have stock of a product returning so try that.

USB 3 case and z75 mb
On the z75, you can OC the 3470 (or intel with turbo boost 4 turbo above max) past the 3570 9all the wya to 4ghz) using the turbo method so it will go back down when not under load [will need cooler to reach 4ghz prime95 stable]
7870 with better dual fan cooler (unless you like blowers)
