Is this GPU good enough for games? I will not play those high res games. My pick would only be black ops? Is this GPU enough or do I need higher ones? Thanks

Yes. If you're on a low budget, there is a 7850 1GB which is around $170 or so than the standard 2GB version (which is around $200+)

I really have to stretch my budget further for me to build a decent gaming rig. Thanks for the help man.

7850 is a great card. It can run most games at 1080p high. Plus, if you're into GPU overclocking, the 7850 can reach somewhere between a 7870 to 7950 in terms of performance.
