    NVDIA G-FORCE 8400GS 1GB DDR3 Graphic Card

  9. To be honest none of those. You really can't get something more modern? Do you have a specific budget for a video card?

  11. Agreed with the two above posters I would say you firstly what games are you intending on playing and what your budget is also if you could please list your computer specs.

    CPU:
    MOTHERBOARD:
    MEMORY:
    VIDEO CARD:
    POWER SUPPLY

If you have a store bought computer please list:
    COMPANY NAME:
    MODEL NUMBER:
  12. Typically if you want the best value for your money graphic card wise you are going to spend 150-200 dollars because when you spend 100 dollars on a card you are spending 70%-80% of what it would take to get a card worth your while but that being said I'll wait on your response.

    y budget is 40-44$
  16. its a bad card for gaming typically this is how it goes the second number of a card series tells you quite a bit about a card okay I'll show you.

We will use both Nvidia and AMD examples

    NVIDIA

    600 Series

1,2,3,4 ENTRY Level cards (cards you would use to watch HD content and to play light web browsed gaming, a pretty generic display card)
5 (HTPC, however has the ability to be a entry level gaming card, you won't get the best settings out of it but you will be able to play most games)
6 (Mid level gaming card, will give you the ability to play most games under decent settings)
7, 8, 9 (High end to enthusiast end video cards designed to take everything a game offers and eat it for breakfeast)

    AMD

    7000 series.
Anything below 7, your 4, 5, 6 are designed for people who want HDCP compliance are into HTPC and are into maybe light online browser gaming.
7 (Entry level gaming, and HTPC, won't produce the best in graphics but will be a great entry level card)
8 (Mid level card, will handle games on most of the highest settings within reason)
9 (Enthusiast/high end cards will handle everything you can throw at it.)
  17. bigshootr8 pretty much sums it up.
  18. Hd 6450 is also crap.i really reccomend to raise your budget to rs 3900 and get atleast hd 6570.because spending 2k on gt 210 is not worthwile as even games will be run on all low settings and even new games will not run also.you will wasting your whole money for sure.get atleast hd 6570 at 3.9k or 6670 at 4.7k.it can handle games at med - high at 1280*720p res.anything less than hd 6570 is bad for gaming.so think !!
  19. Best way I can sum this all up is get the best you can afford to purchase. Ash lays out cards that will give you a better value at a currency level however keep in mind the layout I've given you because that is the experience you are looking purchasing those cards. With a 6670 I would imagine if you had a 1080p screen you would want to turn down your resolution to get medium settings.

  21. Not a problem hopefully you end up with a card that best serves your needs at your price point.
