Power consumption of build?

Hello all,
I'm upgrading my current rig with the sole intention for running Crysis 3 at decent frames on high.
Question is: I have a 500W Corsair CX500 will this be able to power all the following??
Amd FX-6300
Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
Sapphire 7870 2GB
8GB of Corsair ram
128GB SSD
and a generic CD Drive.
I know the processor can take 227W's and the GPU will be around 190W's, this doesn't leave me much head room, but I can't really afford to get a new power supply.
Any feedback will be appreciated,

The Corsair CX500 is a 80+ bronze rated power supply so I should be good.
I got the power draw off a review site, I did think it was a tad high to be honest, I'll bare it in mind for making toasted processors.
