The chip's nominal voltage range is .825V-1.425V, so we won't be surprised if power consumption falls within the previous flagship's ballpark. Because it runs at 3.4 GHz, however, AMD is rating the X4 965 at 140W instead of the 125W used in previous flagship Phenom IIs.

Radeon HD 7850 Maximum Power 130 W (TDP)

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-7870-review-benchmark,3148.html

The Corsair 430 has 32 Amps on the 12V rail giving a theoretical max of 384 Watts available to the components that use most of the power, and the CPU/GPU combination has a TDP of 270 Watts (140 + 130) which is 70% of the 384 available, leaving some room for drives/fans. Add in overclocking and you might be pushing it too far.

I realise this is a bit anal but the more modern 965s (C3) had a TDP of 125w, not 140w like the launch products (C2)

blackjackedy looks like he has more current info than me and Wikipedia according to AMD.
AMD Phenom™ II X4 Processor
965* 3.4 GHz 2MB 6MB socket AM3 125W 45nm SOI
http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/processors/phenom-ii/Pages/phenom-ii-model-number-comparison.aspx

That makes the CX 430 look better, though the OP might consider the Seagate suggestions from others if he doesn't already own the PSU. Add standard suggestions about considering leaving overhead for future upgrades if purchasing a new PSU.

Thank you all for your reply!
But i changed my mind.

What if despite HD7850 and cx430 go with HIS HD6970(18$ cheper) and ENERMAX NAXN 82+ 650watts???

Is there a difference between these two models then or am I reading this wrong?

Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb (45 nm) 3.4 GHz 125 W 36.76 9.19
Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb (45 nm) 3.4 GHz 140 W 41.18 10.29

That makes the CX 430 look better, though the OP might consider the Seagate suggestions from others if he doesn't already own the PSU. Add standard suggestions about considering leaving overhead for future upgrades if purchasing a new PSU.

The Seasonic unit is actually a Seasonic unit where the CX430 is from Channel Well which isn't the most reputable OEM out there: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/power-supply-oem-manufacturer,2913-5.html

It doesn't take 650W to power a 6970. If paying over $175 for a GPU you might as well get the most current model you can.

Yeah but 6970 is 10 euros cheaper than 2gb 7850 and 35euros than 7870!
Isn't that a good deal if you keep in mind that 6970 is faster tha 7850?
Also the Enermax 650watts will give me the space for more fans and overlocking of the cpu!
Am i right?

That won't affect overclocking that much. You don't need to run tons of fans. What store are you buying from? I guess that information would have helped in the beginning.

Ok i m going to agree with you in that!
I think i m going stick with Sapphire HD7850 2GB!
BUT what if despite Corsait CX430 buy Thermaltake 530w Hamburg???
It's at the same price point and it is 80plus!
Have any of you worked with it before?
Any experiences..?

Its not a good unit. If you are going to get the 6970, you will need a higher quality unit. That GPU pulls almost 350w under load. Don't forget the 100w+ from the CPU. You don't want to push the limits of a not-so-good PSU. You will need a 500w+ unit from Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic, PC Power & Cooling.

You have right but if i'm going to something bigger i think those three:

ENERMAX NAXN 82+ 650w
CORSAIR CX500 80+
CORSAIR CX600 80+

Which one is the best?
CX500 is 12euros cheaper!
