I plan on buying half my parts now, half my parts later. This is not a choice, I have to do this. What parts should i buy first?

First off that extra thermal compound is crap and not necessary. The stuff that comes with the 212 Evo is better. Neither is the case fan. You can omit those.

As far as what parts you should buy get them in this order:

Case, monitor, peripherals first.
Then power supply, HD, and optical.
Finally GPU, motherboard, CPU, and RAM.

That's what I would do.

What case fan are you talking about? I dont have one on there?
