Does Any one know how to record something that is streaming from windows media player?

I dont want to use a microphone.

Just stream directly into a file I can play.

Thanx in advance.

I don't know what software or hardware you're using. I can set the recorder that came with my Audigy2 to record "What You Hear" in the format of my choice. It's being resampled so there is some loss of quality, but it's a lot better than a microphone. I don't know how to record in the native streaming format (whatever it is).
