Almost Finailized build, compatibility check and open to suggestions

Would like further certification on whether or not the RAM is compatible with the MOBO and other advice will be running games like gta iv skyrim bf3 and amra 3.

If you plan to SLI then that 750w is good. If not then, 600w would be more than enough.
