Which 3d glass & 3d monitor should i buy??

The first question is there are lot of 3d glasses out there.
like the nvidia v2 3d glass , Samsung, etc.... (from cheap to expensive)
what is the difference between them intern of performance ???
The second question is which 3d monitor to buy??
is any 3D monitor will do???
(like some cheap Envision 23.6'' 3D LED Monitor P2373DL-1920x1080 5ms or kind of expensive alienware 3d monitor )
will it make any difference between them??
pls help
[p.s i do prefer balance between value & performance]
