Bootup stall

I have aquired a Razer BlackWidow 2013 Stealth Edition. Its cord has 4 plugins a headphone jack, a microphone jack, & 2 usb connectors. When the keyboard is hooked up and I start/ restart the system the system stalleds right at the bootup screen. The system tries to initialize the usb controllers and never goes any further. If I unplug the keyboard's usb plugs and plug them in after I restart the system the board works just fine.I don't want to have to unplug my keyboard every time I reboot there has to be a way to fix this.
