Current build:

Asus P7P55D-E PRO
Core i5 750 @ 3.2 ghz (2.66 stock)
GTX 670
Corsair Dominator-GT 2x2gb cas7
850W PSU
OCZ Agility 3

So, been out of the game for a while. But i am pretty shure that my CPU is a major bottleneck right now. But as i can se there are not that many choices for LGA1156.
So, would i get a performance boost wich justifies buying a 1155 board and new cpu? Remember i am already running my old i5 at 3.2

My PC is used Primarily for gaming and video streaming.

Unfortunately S1156 is dead-end now...but it is still good, if you have one. That CPU won't be bottlenecking you...what makes you think it is?

Check this out...you don't want to upgrade your CPU until your new CPU is at least 3 tiers higher than your existing one. Your i5-750 is 2 below the top tier, so it's not great bang-for-buck.

I don't think you are going to get a huge leap. Maybe 20-25% tops.

And I agree with the above, I wouldn't be so sure it's bottlenecking games. Are you seeing 100% usage on cores during games, while the GPU is running low utilization?
