ok so i have an asus p8z68-vLX motherboard...there is a setting on it to overclock..the 'fast' setting overclocked my computer to 4500 mhz.....it is an i5-2500k with liquid cooling normally at 3.3ghz. I ran prime95 for 15 minutes and my temperatures on speedfan and the mb software were about 48C for the cpu and about 28C for the MB...HOWEVER after 15 minutes on speedfan it said core 0 was 67C which i think is a bit high..i dont know anything about overclocking i just want a fast computer and not screw it up....the digital meter on the front of my case got up to 37c but im not sure what that exact temp is from
if anyone could let me know if this is ok i would appreciate it
