I was thinking about buying this parts to build my new desktop, this is my first build so im not getting some professional set up, here I've got a screenshot of what I am planning to buy:

I was wondering if i could run most of the current games like Skyrim, BF3, GTA IV and Far Cry 3 on this build.

The 560TI is quite a bit dated now. The 7850 is better for the same price. This would be a better use of $650:
