Is compatible with either a gtx 660 ti or a gtx 670
I'm upgrading the PSU to a Corsair Builder Series CX600 600 watt 80 Plus and the CPU to an AMD FX-8350, but I want to know if it's compatible with my motherboard.

Any motherboard with PCI-E 2.0 slot is compatible with those graphics cards. So yes. However, that motherboard does not support AMD's FX processors as they are for the AM3+ socket and your motherboard is AM3.
