So far, this is what I'm thinking on getting in the Summer when I actually have time to build a new rig.

Was hoping for this to run most modern games within high to ultra settings. If there is something better I can get with a budget of around $700, please tell me.

^great choice but sapphire 7870 XT is all out of stock ><

I made some small changes
***You can upgrade to steamroller CPU at the end of the year***
Opted for a USB3 front panel MB and case
Slightly cheaper PSU, xfx 650w made by seaosnic
Only the powercolor 7870XT is available right now, the sapphire has a cooler that can match the asus one but is currently out of stock
Also chose cheaper Hyper X ram but still great quality
Got the better 212 EVO cooler

looks fine to me you could get a cheaper power supply and a fx-6300 but other then that your good.
