I have made a decision to get one of these two graphic cards they are both the same price but one may be a bit better. Please don't link me to a card that's $500(though I appreciate your help). I am an aesthetic person and performance person as well so I like my stuff to look nice and preform nice as well. I have choseon to buy one of these cards

I was wanting to go for the 670 4GB version solely for the backplate but I play on 1920-1080p And I don't plan on using multiple monitors. Each of these cards have there pros and cons. But I would like others input on this. I also do not overclock anything besides my CPU. I read about the 680 Signature 2 having problems so it worries me.

I have a strict budget, I can't go over $470. My girlfriend is getting me this for my birthday I already feel like a douche for letting her buy it

I stray away from overclocking since I don't really know how and I don't want to risk anything

My advice, if you're in a tight budget, get a 670 gtx, it proves to be the best value, the difference between a 670 and a 680 is really minimal, it doesn't matter the 4GB, it's pointless for 1080p,1440p,etc.
Get the 670 GTX MSI PE : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127685

Or else get the signature 680, if you want a 680 gtx, it's as good as the msi, it has a higher oc from factory(since you don't want to oc the cards), overclocks well, evga offer better support and warranty.

670 is what ive heard people saying over the 680 since the performance difference is not much different when overclocked. you really cant mess of an overclock unless you try to push it to hard and dont monitor the temps but hey it will shut down before you kill it anyways
