  1. Its stupidly over priced. It will max any game. If you built it yourself, you can shave off $1300 dollars and still max any game.
  2. That's way overpriced for what you need it to do, that would destroy CoD. One sec while I get you a part list.
  3. Here check this DIY build out:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1043157

It's much cheaper and you save a bunch more because it's a combo. That will also play any game maxed out. You will have to buy an OS tho.

    No.....just..NO.

    Overpriced everything.
    Old CPU.
    Crazy expensive RAM
    Not the best SSD.
    Overpriced case.

Usually these bundles suck. Always better to go the complete custom route.
  5. If you can get a sound card as well

    my pref:
HT | OMEGA Claro Halo XT

Although you need good cans to really enjoy this cards, so don't bother if you don't have a good set of headpones
  6. That cpu is top of the line. You can get a 3570k but your going to pay for it. Why don't you come up with a better one?
  7. FYI the ram is pricey for a reason, it performs at a great cas latency and has high quality components. You have to look at more than just price.

    It's run of the mill.

The RAM I posted costs less than $50 and is 1600mhz and CL9. Same as yours.
  10. um no SSD? If the build isn't going to have an ssd at least get a quality hard drive

    Western digital black 1 tb - $99.99
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136533

    add that to the build

Storm enforcer is also a good case

Why not spring for a blu-ray, unless the op objects.
  11. Waste of money to get an SSD for a purely gaming machine.
  12. Why not go all out? Get this for $10,000 and you also get -0 degree celcius temps with it which is what I would buy after I have my full real job

  13. Whats wrong with the seagate? WD blacks are overpriced imo. Tiny voices build is good, plus the ssd of course.

Hah thats like a half of a car. If i was a millionaire I would buy that. (prob build it myself with similar specs)
At that price, I would expect a decent sound card as well. They make you use integrated >.>

I guess I can always take out a mortgage for a pc

Haha I see your point but what you are buying at 10 grand is the unique cooling system that only digital storm has which is called cyrotek for negative temps which you couldn't just buy through newegg.com

You can build your own. Plenty of people have. Even some people on this forum.

Defiantly not overpriced. Much faster and I have one going on 7 years. I used to have a seagate but it only lasted 1.

Also, SSDs are great for gaming builds. They make loading time virtually non-existent.
