Hello,

I have a laptop running Windows 7 that I purchased about a year ago. It hasn't given me any problems so far.

About a week ago, while attempting to load youtube videos, Internet Explorer closes the tab and then reopens it immediately, failing a second time and then stop attempting to work. This hasn't noticeably affected any other browsing efforts.

When reading Event Viewer I get the following:

Faulting application name: iexplore.exe, version: 9.0.8112.16421, time stamp: 0x4d76255d

Does the same thing happen using a different web browser on YouTube?

Try Chrome and see if that work OK.
