Advice on Old PC Upgrade

Hi ,

I have an old PC at home which i want to upgrade and of course am running low on budget.
The problem is i have NO IDEA about the hardware stuff and somehow i managed to come up with a config

I don't know if its gonna work. So please excuse if its wrong.

Motherboard - Asus P5G41-M LE
Processor - amd phenom ii x2 555 black edition
GPU - Nvidia geforce gt 430 1gb ddr3 OR NVIDIA GeForce 210 1GB DDR3
RAM - Kingston 4GB * 2 DDR2

Approximate Purchase Date: Next month

Budget Range: 10000-15000 INR

System Usage from Most to Least Important: 3D Visualizations mostly.

monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: CPU, mobo, RAM, GPU and yes am reusing SMPS [450W] and other stuffs in my CPU which seems fine.

OS: No

Location: Bangalore, Country - India

Parts Preferences: My preference is always AMD + Asus.

Overclocking: Yes

SLI or Crossfire: NO idea

Monitor Resolution: Its currently 1920x1200
