okay, what size should i get? ive read from 390 - 580 for my build, im stumped.

You should be able to bump the multipliers even on a locked cpu. See this:
http://www.anandtech.com/show/5771/the-intel-ivy-bridge-core-i7-3770k-review/2

Specifically, "If your chip does support turbo boost, then you can overclock via increasing turbo ratios by as much as 4 bins above their standard setting. For example, the Core i7 3550 has a max turbo frequency of 3.7GHz with a single core active. Add another four bins (4 x 100MHz) and you get a maximum overclock of 4.1GHz, with one core active. The other turbo ratios can also be increased by up to four bins."

I'd think that would still give you a little more value out of a locked CPU. Looks like the Z75 ($77 at Newegg) would allow that and still be significantly cheaper than a Z77. The spec supports dual GPUs but the ASRock implementation does NOT.

I agree 100%!! Cheap power supplies are not worth it - you get the wrong one and it blows up or shorts out on you and takes down your system with it, don't say we didn't warn you. Plus Apevia is a crap brand that you shouldn't buy no mater what.

The Corsair CX series aren't that great. Better would be to get the Seasonic, a bit more - but these power supplies are rock solid: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094

Alternately the XFX Pro 550W is essentially a rebranded version of the same unit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013

unfortunately nobody answered before i went to bed so i ordered everything and will have to return ***. damn my excitability and sleep deprivation....

id like to try out overclocking the cpu so what i need is the z77 and the 3470k, right?

I like this build except for three things.

Hitachi HDD is ok, but I trust Seagate n WD more.

Why 650W? You only need 500W for your build. 500-550W is plenty.

You are overclocking your CPU, so you need a better cooler. The one that comes with
the 3570k is s#@*. Get this.

You need this for overclocking your CPU!!!

to overclock well...3570k not 3470, and z77 not h77

Yes but it's the cheapest out there and faster Ram helps with overclocking if he needs to
