Samsung galaxy s3 i9300 bricked

My Samsung galaxy s3 i9300 international version is a rooted phone and was working fine until 1 day the screen just went black and then the samsung boot screen came up with a little red exclamation mark in the upper left corner. Its frozen on that screen and I can't seem to get into recovery mode, it does go into download mode, but that's it!!!! What can I do? Help!!!
