As I am building a new PC which I am about to buy on 20 -25th March, and I have finalize my Quotation. I have a little doubt in my graphics card, Hard Drive and SSD. So please choose the best option to buy between these choices.

Graphics Card:

Choice 1: SAPPHIRE GRAPHICS CARD HD 7950 VAPOR-X 3GB DDR5 OC

OR

Choice 2: ASUS GRAPHICS CARD HD 7950 3GB DDR5 DC II TOP

Hard Drive:

Choice 1: Segate Barracuda 1TB

OR

Choice 2: Western Digital Black Caviar 1TB

SSD: Please recommend the best and not the costliest SSD of 120GB. In my country SSD are bit costly, for Example: If I buy Samsung 840 SSD which is like 100USD (according to NewEgg) then, in my Country the Cost of that SSD will be like 126USD. So can you recommend me the best but the pricey SSD.

OS: Which one is better for Gaming , is it Windows 8 pro or Windows 7 64bit Ultimate.

My rest of the PC spec, which I will be buying:

ASUS MOTHERBOARD MAXIMUS V GENE
i5 3570k
Ripjaws 1600 4GBx2=8GB
HD 7950
1TB HDD
Corsair 650W HX series
Corsair Carbide 400R
Cooler Master 212 evo
Asus Dvd Writer

Yup, me too was thinking to buy WD. I think Sapphire is better then Asus. But I am not sure, so I hope you people must be Knowing. And Crucial SSD are not available in my Country, so I'll go with Samsung, so which Samsung will be good & cheapest. Samsung 830 or something else?
