Weird graphical artifacts

Installed a GTX 570 into my PC today and got this

Then this kinda stuff

Can someone please explain this to me? Also, sorry for the terrible images, though it should get the point across.

If you are artifacting at the BIOS screen, that means that graphics card is likely dying. You can try to reseat the card, and double check the cable connections to the graphics card to make sure they are all set properly. If the problem persists after doing that, then you probably have a bad card, you'll have to RMA it (assuming you didn't get it used, if you got the card used, you aren't likely to get warranty support on it)
