Hello guys, I need to buy a new monitor today, and I was wondering if you could help me choose. For sure I want an Asus monitor, and I've been looking at this one for $300
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Also, Ive been looking at this one

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I currently have a GTX 560 TI 448 core GPU....The only noticeable difference between the two, is that the first one has 144hz. For gaming, will i notice a difference between the 144hz monitor and the other one?

Please feel free to suggest a good monitor for my setup. Looking to spend around $200.

Just get the cheaper one. The only time a monitor with a really high refresh rate is better is if you have a really high end GPU.

Unless you're regularly over 80-90 fps on 1080p you won't really see a lot of benefit from 120Hz+.

I have 3 of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... they are 27" Asus monitors I really like them and Newegg has them for $309 witch is not much more than the 24" you are looking at. Of course they do take up more desk space but I can tell you in a Eyefinity or Nvidia Surround they are great.
