Is there anything you would recommend upgrading to?

I was just wondering if there's anything I should think about upgrading on my custom build. It runs a bit slower then I expected it to so, I'm willing to upgrade.
The most i want to spend on and parts is about $150 and am willing to go a bit out of budget.

Specs:
Motherboard:ASRock M3A770DE
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 2GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (8GB total)
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 Processor 850 3.3GHz
Monitor: 22'' 1680x1050res
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 460 (OC a bit)
PSU: Antec NeoLink 550S 550Watt

I know for sure I need an upgrade on my HDD because I have about 80GB internal and having steam on an external 1TB (i think) is making game slower

Its really hard to upgrade with only that money, you need to change cpu and motherboard atleast 200 usd to get an i3+b75 motherboard. The Gpu+ram+psu are okey so u save alot of money there.

you have an 80gb hdd as your boot drive? or its an SSD?

Sorry kinda new to this, yeah the 80GB is my bootdrive. I plan on finding an ssd though. The $150 budget is for any separate part btw.
