There's a few things I would change:

1. Drop the H100 and get a Noctua D14 instead.

2. Instead of the Kingston drive get an OCZ Vector or a Samsung 840 Pro.

3. Do not purchase the Asus Sabertooth - the thermal armor traps more heat than it prevents, not worth the extra $100.

4. 16GB of RAM is overkill, and DDR3-2400 will be warranty voiding, do not purchase. Plus that Kingston RAM is rated 1.65V, you need 1.5V.

What is your budget?
