Help finding out cause of Driver Crash

Hello

I made a thread a couple of months back regarding this issue but stopped bothering about it until now as it is the single issue left i have with my PC.

My Video card is a EVGA GTX 570 w/c is now 7 months old and my current driver w/c i haven't bothered to update is 301.42 the reason i didn't bother updating is because i was cutting my losses by which means the issue is so minor and doesn't occur that much that i'd rather stick with it lol.

But here goes my 2nd attempt in fixing it.

I have noticed that the driver mostly only crashes AFTER i close a game, and rarely crashes when i'm in-game(happened only 3 times so far) back to when it crashes after i close the game that is when i do other stuff like manage files, browse the web, watch videos in my PC or on the web etc.. This doesn't mean it always crashes but happens around 3/10 of the time.

I'm hoping someone can make-out with this info what is causing the crash, and here is something i noticed from a crash report that occurred 2 days ago, the only difference in the crash reports are highlighted in red.
