New Monitor problems!

Hello, There are super tiny dots all over my screen the size of a atom or smaller lol but they are like red or green cant tell they are really small and they are all over my screen not just on part every single spot idk if its suppose to be there or im just focusing to much on there its a new moniter and i just got a new graphics card so idk what it could be! idk what to do or what it is its not dead pixels its a 1920 x 1080p Moniter NEW i see them especially on white webpages its getting annoying cus im really focusing on it now haha its everywhere!!!!!

it could be bright pixels. try hooking it up to a bluray or dvd player thru the hdmi and see if they are still there.
