In the end of may I bought a 7710 smartphone, by the end of June it had
a problem it would not ring when someone called.
This is of course annoying for mobile phone.
I brought it to an authorized dealer who sent it immediately to Nokia
for repair.
It has been sitting there waiting for a spare part for more than a
month, they keep telling me it will be there next week.
Result: I got the phone in my hands for 4 weeks, now it has been in
Nokia's hands for 6 weeks and in the meantime the price of it has been
slashed by 25%, and these things are not cheap! In the meantime I am
stuck without my agenda, it is probably a good exercise for my memory
to have to permanently remember my schedule for the coming days, but it
is definitely a source of stress!
I think this is quite unnacceptable!
The dealer tells me this is just normal when the spare part is not
available it takes a long time to repair.
I wanted to know if other people had the same experience with Nokia
after sales service?
