I say yes to everything except the Rosewill PSU.
1: don't need 750
2: I hate Rosewill
3: replace HDD with Seagate Barracuda - it's cheaper and does the same.

Grab something like... Seasonic MK II 620 / Antec Earth green 650W both around $80-90

Other than that, love it. nice job!
