I would use at least a 850w-1000w if your running two of the cards. Its better to be over your wattage instead of under obviously. | Report abuse Reply to taurinemike maxinexus Graphics card Expert January 17, 2013 5:30:43 PM Sell your 6950 add $100 and you can get 7870 | Report abuse Reply to maxinexus Related ressources 6950 2gb crossfire 700w - Forum 700w 6950 2gb crossfire - Forum 6950 crossfire with 700w - Forum Crossfire 700w - Forum 700w and 2gb 6950 xfire - Forum Ask the community Publish maxinexus Graphics card Expert January 17, 2013 5:33:09 PM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... $195 | Report abuse Reply to maxinexus taurinemike January 17, 2013 5:35:09 PM maxinexus said:Sell your 6950 add $100 and you can get 7870 This is true, if you have a 700 w you could also sell your 6950 and get the newer series card that will work just as good as crossfired x2 6950's. | Report abuse Reply to taurinemike maxinexus Graphics card Expert January 17, 2013 5:35:49 PM http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/548?vs=510 You get 10-15% performance bump @stock but when you clock it you are looking at 7950 performance | Report abuse Reply to maxinexus taurinemike January 18, 2013 1:24:09 PM maxinexus said:http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/548?vs=510 You get 10-15% performance bump @stock but when you clock it you are looking at 7950 performance Seems like every new generation of cards steps up exponentially from the last generation, make a big difference. | Report abuse Reply to taurinemike Register or log in to remove Ask the community Post an answer Tom's Hardware>Forum>Graphics & Displays>6950 crossfire and 700w> Related ressources: ForumModxstream pro 700w crossfire Forum700w enough?
