I have almost finished my pc build (just need new psu and gpu now...), but im having problems with my integrated HD 400 drivers, meaning that when i install them, the system etheir doesnt boot properly, or ALL programs (bar the OS itself and windows explorer) crash when run.
My original specs where:
Intel i5 3570K
MSI Z77A-G43 motherboard (I have since replaced with the Gigabyte Z77X-D3h)
16GB 1600MHz Corsair vengance low profile
2TB WD green HDD
350w PSU (soon to be replaced)
And i doubt these will be relevant but:
Zalman z11 plus
5 system fans
1 DVD drive and
LED lighting strip

Please help, as this is really starting to fustraight me now.
Also, i belive that the first time i aplyed thermal paste, some spilt round the sides, but none got onto any conductive parts...

I have tried from DVD, from gigabyte website and Intel website, i have tried changing the BIOS setting to Integrated, i have uninstalled the standard VGA adapter and hen re installed the HD 4000 driver... BUT i did most of this on my old mother board, i will completely format my HDD and try afresh so there is no remanence of my old board to see if that makes a difference though...
