Change the PSU for one from Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic. 650w will be plenty.
Drop the crappy liquid cooler and get a coolermaster hyper 212 evo.

Thermaltake PSUs are junk. The Gigabyte Windforce 3X has a better cooler than the EVGA cards do.

You don't need 16GB of RAM or the liquid cooler.
