Need help with first build - Gaming/Programming

I need some help piecing together my first build. I'm mainly going to be using the PC for gaming and programming, and am looking at a budget of about $1,500. Looking to purchase within the next two weeks. My list is below, but I also need some suggestions on monitors (looking for a dual monitor setup).

If you are not overclocking, there is no need for a z77 motherboard. If you do want to overclock, though, get the 3570K.

Way too much money spent on the motherboard, not enough on the GPU - especially if you're not overclocking.
