Comparison of two systems from cyberpower

I am trying to get a prebuilt system from cyber power. My budget is around $1300-$1600. I built two system, both of them are similar, major difference are Motherboard, Please help me in deciding which is better.

My uses:

1. Coding, I will be installing microsoft webmatrix, umbraco and SQL Server, Php, Java and also .NET Framework and some other components.
2. Playing few games like call of Duty etc. Not many
3. being able to upgrade a bit.
