given that you are not overclocking, im getting rid of the z77 board, procesor cooler, and the i5 3570 (i5 3330 is almost as fast for much cheaper)

in other words, i scrapped your entire build

ram. stock should be arriving. its much cheaper than corsair ram

hard drive

SSD.way better than the 840 non pro
http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=69894&vpn=SDSSDX%2D120...

case. much better than the cm case you picked out in my opinion. and much less overkill
http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=78227&promoid=1276

keyboard. its not built like crap like every other membrane keyboard. it doesnt have a numpad but its worth it

So are you sure cutting down the cpu 25 bucks is worth it's decrease in speed?

And also you dont think the processor will run too hot for the stock heatsink and fan?

its a 1fps decrease. about impossible to tell in day to day usage

it runs around 75c or so at 100% load. it gets loud but it stays cool enough. if you do want a cooler though, a hyper 212 plus from CM is good enough for that
