Mushkin ddr2700 for 115 a stick

or

Corsair ddr2700 for 139 a stick

I can afford either... take into consideration performance mainly... and price only a little...

thanks!

Corsair seems to have gotten more popular in the last year. Mushkin seems to be falling out of favor.

I haven't checked on their prices, but Crucial may be worth considering.

I ordered online at 3PM Monday and it was sitting on my desk when i got to the office at 11 Tuesday morning. They gave me 15% off online price and shipping via fedex was free. I'm glad I chose Crucial. BTW It's a MICRON subsidiary and I hear that's good stuff!

Crucial is definitely high quality stuff. And their prices aren't absurd either.

why are you not considering crucial pc2100? i doubt that the mushkin pc2700 or the corsair pc2700 will run any faster than pc2700 cl2.5 which is going to be about the same speed if not slower than pc2100 cl2. even though crucial is only rated at pc2100 cl2.5, i have yet to hear of anyone who can't run it at cl2.

i'm going to buy the crucial and run it at pc2100 cl2. i'll upgrade to some good pc2700 cl2 down the road when its actually stable. thats just my $.02

166MHz @ Cas2.5 will be faster than 133MHz @ Cas2.
