Igpu AND gtx 670, dual monitor HELP!

To the point: I am experiencing some extreme mouse jitter in games on my computer. While they are playable, and my fps is generally amazing, they are not smooth and it makes me want to throw something (I will put an example of my gameplay below via Twitch.tv).

-----My gameplay of Metro2033 to hilight the issue-----
While i realize that Metro may not be the best game to use an example, it nevertheless higlights the problem

I have spent hours on Google and in my game settings and altering my mouse settings. I can find hundreds of posts where people have this issue yet nobody seems to know a solution nor what seems to be causing it.

I read a post the other day whereupon someone had mentioned that if i am using a 2 monitor setup as described below (IGPU and GPU) the frame buffer from the IGPU might be conflicting with the frame buffer in my 670. Is this possibly true, and could this be causing the jitter affect?

I have an Asrock Z77 extreme 4 motherboard and a 3770k Ivy bridge with Intel HD graphics 4000, a GTX 670 and a Razer Deathadder on Windows 7 Professional 64bit.

Currently i am running a 2 monitor setup where 1 monitor (1080p/gaming monitor) is connected directly to the my GTX 670. The 2nd monitor is connected to the integrated graphics port on the back of my asrock motherboard.

I really like the being able to dedicate my entire game monitor to the 670 while my 2nd monitor uses the integrated graphics, and i dont have the dvi/hdmi adapter to try both monitors on my 670 currently.

NOTE: This does not happen out of game, nor does it happen in every game and i don't want to change it unless absolutely necessary.
