New Gaming build

This is my first desktop build and am wanting to check that all my components are compatible or is there a better alternative? Here are the components:

Blu Ray Drive - Pioneer BDR-S07XLT
Case - Zalman Z9 U3
CPU - Intel i7 3770
Graphics Card - Sapphire Radeon HD7770
HDD - Seagate 2TB Barracuda
Motherboard - ASUS P8Z77-V
Power - OCZ ZS750W
RAM - Kingston HyperX Genesis 8GB
Card Reader - Xenta All in 1 Internal Card Reader

Is this for gaming and what is your budget?

If thats for gaming get a better GPU and drop your CPU down to a i5-3570k (same as 3770k for gaming performance wise)

Currently this is costing about £900 ~ $1344. I dont want to spend much more if any. And yes, it is for gaming, thanks

Drop CPU to a 3570K

Up GPU as much as you possible can with you budget

If your not going to SLI/CF drop PSU down to a 550W

I would toss out the BR Player for a regular DVD drive
