Do the desktop pcs arrive configured?

My friend is unable to build her own gaming pc and lives too far away for me to do it so ordered a nice system I advised her on. It should arrive sometime next week. She elected to have Windows preinstalled. My question is will they also install all the appropriate system drivers and configured the bios for her or is that something I will need to help her with? Thanks ahead of time for the responses.

Each computer is preconfigured to work right out of the box. If there is a question about drivers or bios our customer support will be glad to assist.

Yes, the drivers are installed. The BIOS is configured to work, but not to be used really. The BIOS is most likely a very plain one that doesn't have many features. But yes, the drivers are all there. You will have to install new drivers if you upgrade the components inside.

I figured the bios should be the normal one that comes with whatever motherboard you chose.
