New build needing approvel and thoughts

my 6 year old gateway took to the skies. i have everything ready to buy, need thoughts.

my first build and will be used for gaming and crysis 3

i will take care of other detailes later like win7 64 bit and more fans. win8 gives me a bad taste in my mouth the same way vista did.

cooler master doesnt have the best psu's..get a antec corsair xfx or seasonic.
