Last year during May , I bought laptop with GT630M and when i played games such as League of Legend , it went smoothly without me changing the resolutions , effects and stuff.

After months till today , i have been experiencing my computer is slower than usual when playing games. I had to change the graphic settings in League of Legend . I tried to edit things in the Nvidia Control Panel and i guess i might had messed things up.

I updated the Nvidia Drivers sometimes and i might had messed things up.

League of Legends runs smoothly at 60FPS and after the lag , i get 45-55 FPS sometimes.

Counter Strike : Global Offensive , Lowest of 20 and Highest of 70 ( Graphic settings set to the lowest , 1280 x 600 Resolution )

These are my Specs .

Above listed Things can cause the issue too.

But I think that Over a year you must have Installed Thousands of Apps and Games.
Most of them have some Processes running in the Background and keep sucking the performance. Like those Application Updates

So I would recommend you a Fresh Installation of your OS again.
As Removing them would be a very Long Procedure.
