Mafia 2 crashes!!

I cant play mafia 3 due to crashes. Its the first time ive played it on my hd 7950 but it was fine a while back when i use to play it on my hd 5850. Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone else having the same issues.

Just update your graphics driver and update patch of mafia 2.
