Ok I took some parts into consideration and this build goes a little over budget but I can probably eventually snag some deals, I'm thinking about getting a modular power supply and still thinking about graphics card, whether it will be a Radeon 7950 or GTX 670, can someone help me with this choice?

That PSU isn't very good. Get one from Antec, XFX, Corsair, or Seasonic.
