First System Build Help?!

Hi there, i'm new around here. I was wondering if someone could check my build out and see if everything would be good and in tip top shape? I will be doing a lot of video editting in the future and as well as some pc gaming @ about 1080p. Some things I would like to know would be if this would be somewhat future proof, would I be able to add more than two monitors in the future, would I have room for expansion in this case and other recommendations? Also, I am trying to keep the budget under $1300. Thanks.

There really isn't a need for more then 1600mhz RAM. You aren't going to see a difference.
I would drop that closed loop liquid cooler and get a good air cooler. They are better.
Your PSU is overkill unless you plan to SLI GPUs.
Your RAM isn't low profile. Get low profile RAM only.

What ram and cpu cooler would you recommend that are around the same price as those I chose?

Get any 1600mhz 1.5v low profile RAM.
Use the saved money to buy a noctua nh-d14. Its one of the best air coolers you can buy.

The ram is the same price as the one I am buying off of Amazon. And the cooler cost ~$30-40 more, putting me out of my budget.

The cooler you have is alright but not the best. If you want to do some decent overclocking, you will need a good cooler. Closed loop water coolers aren't actually all that great compared to good air coolers.

I had previously chosen this one cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Would this be fine?

Its a very good air cooler for the money. A favorite around here.

Would this be plenty to Overclock the FX-8350 to 4.5Ghz? Or should I opt for the Noctua instead to overclock to this amount?

The noctua of course would be better, but the coolermaster should get there without problem. You will need low profile RAM.

Is there ram similarly priced to the one I chose that is also running at 2133 mhz? Sorry for so many questions, I'm a noob at this.

Its all good. Just look for any ram that is the same speed but had low profile or no heat spreaders.

Will it make a difference in video editing programs and intensive games whether it is 1600Mhz or 2133Mhz?

Not noticeably. You could get 1866mhz but I honestly don't see the point of getting faster than 1600mhz RAM.
