I am looking to make my first build and after a long time thinking I am ordering the parts this weekend. But first wanted to ask a couple of questions on my build. First off my build is mainly for gaming and some light autocad use and programing. I want my build to last me at least for two years with maxed gaming settings. So this is the build:

i5 3770k
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H Motherboard
Crossfire gigabyte HD7970
Corsair Enthusiast Series 850-Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Power SupplyTX850 - Corsair

All the other parts I have already chosen. So my question are:

cpu - What difference would a 3570k do in performance, also would there be any bottlenecking for 2 gpu?
Mobo - Will it perform well and everything fit with both gpu and overclocking.
gpu - how long would these 2 gpu last me for gaming approximately in maxed setting. also will they bottleneck with the gpu or the inverse.4
power supply - Will these be enough to power up the system?

I am open to all help and criticism and any suggestions on changes to the system are welcomed. Also I am looking to get the cooler master hyper 212 evo for cooling for about a year of use and after that start overclocking so I would change to some liquid cooling. Will the 212 evo do for now?

This is a $2000 build by the way

So After all this is my build

Cooler Master HAF 922 $101.97
Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7970 OC GV-R797OC-3GD 3GB $399.99
Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7970 OC GV-R797OC-3GD 3GB $399.99
Intel Core i7-3770K Quad-Core Processor 3.5 GHz 8 MB Cache $324.66
Asus 24xDVD-RW Serial ATA Internal OEM Drive $22.79
Logitech Wireless Combo MK260 with Keyboard and Mouse $25.49
Corsair Enthusiast Series 850-Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Power Supply $125.99
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz $98.95
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO $32.98
Seagate ST2000DM001 Barracuda 7200RPM 2 TB SATA 6 GB/s $101.93
Crucial m4 128GB 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive SATA 6Gb/s $115.99
Windows 8 System Builder DVD 64-Bit $95.88
GA-Z77X-UD5H-WB WiFi Gigabyte $195.98

Subtotal: $2,042.59

All the parts are from amazon because I rarely pay taxes there and had actually better prices than newegg on most things. Also a single place will be easier to track things and I have a prime account with them so I get 2 day free shipping on all parts. I will mention that they also have an excellent customer care system and always have taken good care of me in the past. Moving on...

I took the ud5h-wb over the ud3h. there is a $50 difference but I also get the wifi and bluetooth which I need for my ps3 controller and internet since I cant get an ethernet line at the moment. The 16 gb I choose because they are cheap and might as well get it now than in the future. I got the i7 over the i5 because I will be using autocad also I am betting some games in the future may take advantage of it. Also I got the gigabyte for the hd7970 since I read they are good at cooling and overclocking.

As far as I know everything will fit. The only thing I am a bit concerned about is the gigabyte 7970s since I think they are a little too big. What do you guys think.

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

What would be best one 500gb ssd or one 128gb ssd + 3tb hdd? I have to mention I probably dont need more than 1 TB total in space and 500 would be enough pushing the limits. They are roughly the same price btw. Also anybody have any experience with the samsung ssd?

The 500GB Samsung 840 (non-Pro) is a very good deal on a solid SSD. If I were buying today I would go that route, as the added speed from the Pro is not so important.

But, I can't say what your needs are. A couple large games and a fresh Win 7 install takes up about 80GB.

I have heard good things about the saphire but dont know about the xfx. Also do you guys happen to know if these are voltage unlocked for oc in the future? And what would be an approximate fps difference between the 2 sets at maxed setting for the newest games such as Crysis 3
