Rebuild need best graphics card for maya, 3d max, zbrush and CS6 master suite

Im currently rebuilding my computer and everything i have is seriously out dated by 6 years. so i need to know what would be the
best graphics card and Ram to run maya 2012, 3D Max, Zbrush, and CS6 master suite and lessen rendering time.

Look for a Quadro by Nvidia, whats your budget? A Quadro 4000 runs about $800

$1,000 is the max I can go. My total rebuilt can't go beyond $3,000 which is including (motherboard, processor, graphics card.) I basically don't want to have to upgrade anything for a long time.
